Create an icy blonde base: Mix 1 1/2 ounces of Beth Minardi Permanent Creme 12 ICE with 1/2 ounce of 10BB and 2 ounces of 40 volume developer. Process at root area for 5 minutes at room temperature. During last 10 mintues of root touch up development, glaze the hair lengths with 1 1/2 ounces of Beth Minardi Liquid Demi 1 1/2 ounces of Invisible plus 1/2 ounce of 10 ICE and 2 ounces of 5 volume developer.

Beth Minardi Signature Permanent Creme Color: Mix equal parts of 3ICE and 4BB with equal parts of 20 volume developer.
First: “Double Glaze” the hair:
Mix equal parts of Beth Minardi Liquid Demi 10G and 10C with 5 volume developer. Apply root to end and process 20 minutes under heat. Then, RINSE thoroughly and dry the hair about 50%. Now, re-glaze with 1 1/4 ounces of 10C and 3/4 ounces of 6CG with 5 volume developer… and back under the dryer for 20 more minutes. Shampoo, condition and dry… and you will have that ES color!
For additional “pizzazz” you can choose to lowlight with Beth Minardi Demi-Creme “DYNAMITE” mixed with 5 volume developer. Process at room temperature for 25 minutes after wrapping the last foil.
Natural base color is level 2, DARK BROWN. Apply BETH MINARDI SIGNATURE PERMANENT CREME COLOR: 7 ICE, mixed with 20 volume developer. Apply MINARDI PRE-WASH to the hair lengths. Process color at root for 45 minutes, at room temperature. Highlight with Verolights and 20 volume developer, as needed. Glaze thoroughly towel-dried hair at ths sink with Beth Minardi Liquid Demi Color: one ounce INVISIBLE, one ounce 10BB and 1/2 ounce 10G mixed with equal parts of 5 volume developer. Process for ten minutes at room temperature. Then, Shampoo and condition.
On a natural lightest brown base:
Apply JOICO BASE BREAKER mixed with 20 volume developer to the root. Process for 12 minutes at room temperature. Then, rinse, shampoo, condition
and dry the hair. Use my “over the top” technique to highlight the hair, using JOICO Verolights mixed with 20 volume developer. Scatter woven lowlights
throughout, using BETH MINARDI DEMI CREME COLOR: 9BG and 5 volume developer.
